Corporates have to change rapidly to become ready for the workforce of tomorrow. An entire generation of Millennials is looking for jobs with meaning. In numerous projects, I have helped corporates re-engage their employees by implementing innovation, entrepreneurship and social business initiatives.
One such initiatives was the mentoring program with Deutsche Bank. The program is aimed at supporting entrepreneurs in 12 countries to improve their financial planning and management. Deutsche Bank mentors from all around the world helped them with the challenges they faced.
